Description

The Barolo “Bussia Vigna Colonnello” of Prunotto is a Barolo wine obtained with grapes that come from the historical cru in Monforte d’Alba district. It reveals elegance and complexity and it presents a great ruby red color. The bouquet is various and composite, with currant and raspberry notes, on background of spices, mint and licorice. Its taste is intense, with sweet and soft tannins, with a rich and aristocratic body. With a good structure, it’s perfect if drunk with roasted and braised meats, game and seasoned cheeses.
