The Arneis is an ancient vine variety characterizd by white berries; it’s cultivated only in Piedmont and in particular in the Roero hills. The “Recit”, which in Piedmontese dialect means “little king”, grows out of the assembly of many grapes produced in different districts. Showing a wonderful and strong straw yellow colour, the smell of this wine presents a fragrant and strong bouquet, with fruity scents of pear, peach and pineapple. Characterized by a balanced acidity and an armonic taste thanks to its structure, this wine is perfect to drink in combination with white meat, vegetable flan or soup, fresh cheese.
