Elegant Gavi wine produced with grapes of the youngest vineyard. It owns a light straw-yellow colour with green reflexes, while its perfume is fresh and fruity with scent of apple and elder. This fresh wine is perfect in combination with grilled fish, fish platters, shellfish, white meat and vegetable cakes.

Tenuta La Scolca is managed by Chiara Soldati, the Giorgio Soldati's daughter. The history of the La Scolca Estate dates back to 1919 when Giorgio's great-grandfather decided to buy it though woods half covered it and half was used to cultivate wheat.
