This kind of wine is produced with Friulan Tocai, Malvasia Istriana, Yellow Ribolla grapes and it has been thought for the celebration of Masses: for this reason this wine includes the screw cap, in order to maintain its taste after the opening. The wine-making happens in a natural way, fermenting without the add of sulphurous, in traditional barrels. The wine has a golden yellow colour and it has an intense and elegant smell, with some hints of mature or dry fruit, of honey and of vanilla. Its fresh and balanced taste give it a particular aromatic smell. This wine must be drunk fresh, in combination with typical Friulan platters, spiced dinners, baked or grilled fish and white meats.
