Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs Ruinart

Elegant Blanc de Blanc Champagne wine produced by using only Chardonnay grapes of different years and coming from the Cote des Blancs and from Reims Mountain. The colour of it is a straw yellow one, with evident green nuances, while its bubbles are refined and persistent. Its smell is fresh and it includes elegant, floral, fruited and soft aroma of linden, white peach, mature citrus fruit, yeast and bread crust. The taste is instead intense and fresh, but persistent, too; thanks to its excellent elegance and balance, this wine is perfect if served as fresh appetizer, or in alternative it combines perfectly with different fish platters, or some types of fish.
