Champagne Blanc de Blancs Henriot

Elegant Blanc de Blanc Champagne wine produced by using only selected Chardonnay grapes deriving from prestigious territories of the famous Cote des Blancs, and in particulary from these countries: Mesnbil sur Oger, Avize, Choully, Vertus, Montgueux, Trépail, Epernay. Its froth is white and persistent, while its colour is a kind of brilliant straw yellow with some green reflexes. Its smell is really fresh, and it includes elegant, soft, fruited and floral aroma of linden, orange’s flowers, white peach, lemon, dry apricots and almonds. Moreover, the taste of this wine is intense, various and dynamic, at the same time fresh and persistent. These peculiarities make it perfect if drunk as fresh appetizer, or in combination with different fish platters, foie gras, onion’s jam and French cheeses of goat.
