Description

Champagne wine of high quality produced by a little cave owned by a family run business. It presents a wonderful, brilliant straw yellow colour, while its perfume is fresh, and characterized by elegant, soft, floral and fruited aroma of linden, white peach, vanilla, together with the typical ones of yeast and bread crust. The taste is intense and fresh, at the same time persistent; moreover, it is endowed with elegance and balance, and for this reason it is perfect if served as fresh appetizer, or in alternative in combination with fish platters.
