Description

Cabochon is the most prestigious Franciacorta wine produced by Monterossa cave: it is made up of selected grapes coming from the best cru of this winery. Its froth is white and with a great persistence, while its smell is fresh, with elegant, soft, floral and fruited aroma, in addition to hints of linden, white peach and vanilla: they are in perfect balance with those of yeast and bread crust. Its taste is instead intense and crisp, characterized by pleasantly freshness and persistence. With great elegance and balance, besides complex personality, this wine is perfect if drunk with a complete meal, or it can accompany different preparations based on fishes.
