Sparkling wine of high quality, grown from the traditional method called “champenoise”: it shows a straw yellow colour, in addition to elegant perfumes of mature white fruit, yeasts, bread crust. The taste of it is dry, balanced, endowed with great freshness and softness: so, it is perfect if drunk as fresh appetizer, or in combination with starters based on fish, rice with sea food, grilled or boiled fishes.
