This is an international vineyard with white fruits with French origins, and able to adapt oneself to different soils and climates. This vineyard has found the conditions to produce a good wine with a full taste in the territory of Franciacorta: the wine is endowed with an important structure, with great abilities of aging. The wine has an intense straw yellow colour, with a perfume of fruit and vanilla, characterized by freshness, that make it perfect if combined with lake’s fish as the tinfoil wrapping trout and the baked tinca, or vegetables soups, salad cakes and also raw fish.
