Description

Elegant Barolo wine that takes its name from the “cru” of the homonymous vineyard of the hilly area of Monforte d’Alba. This wine presents an intense ruby red colour, with a transparent elegance and some orange reflexes; the perfume of this wine is intense and complex, with a charming, floral and fruited bouquet that reveals smells of mature red fruit, violet, vanilla, spices, licorice, chocolate and tobacco. Endowed with elegance and balance, important tannins and long persistence, it is perfect if drunk in combination with stuffed pasta, second platters based on meat and seasoned cheeses.
