Description

The Barolo Perno "Vigna Cappella di Santo Stefano" of Rocche dei Manzoni winery takes its name from the prestigious cru. It matures for three years in barriques, before refining in bottle for one more year. Bright ruby ​​red coloured, at nose it is characterized by a large and refined bouquet, with aromas of rose and berries. On the palate, it is tannic and balanced, favoring a long lasting and pleasant final. It is extraordinary to drink in combination with roast and braised meats.


Rocche dei Manzoni

The Rocche dei Manzoni winery was born by the will of Valentino Migliorini, already successful restaurateur, to combine his wine knowledge and his talent as an experimenter.
