The Barolo by Ceretto winery is soft, armonic and velvety; the tannin is elegant and the balance between alcohol and acidity is perfect. It can be enjoyed just few months after the bottling phase. In the Barolo of Ceretto two different expressions coexist: the kindest one of the Brunate cru of La Morra and Barolo and the most austere one of the Gabutti cru of Serralunga. The colour is intense ruby red, with orange reflexes. The bouquet is delicate with notes of rose and violet. The Barolo by Ceretto is perfect if combined with red meat or cheese and tasty recipes as baked pork shank, lamb, pasta with meat sauce or tagliatelle with mushrooms.
