The Barbera d'Alba by Bric Cenciurio is an immediate and ready-to-drink wine, with a unique freshness. In the glass it shows an impeccable intense ruby red color, typical of the vine. The nose reveals a fresh and floral bouquet, with notes of violet and dog rose, in addition to pleasant hints of ripe red fruit, blackberries and blueberries. In the mouth it has a good structure, fresh acidity. The tannins are present but not intrusive. The Barbera d’Alba by Bric Cenciurio goes perfectly with savory first courses, lasagna, fritto misto alla Piemontese and red meats.
