Mario is the white wine that best represents the philosophy of Schiopetto winery. It is an elegant and harmonious wine, made during the best harvesrs only, produced with Friulano grapes and a small part of Riesling grapes; it has a beautiful straw yellow color with golden shades. After 9 months of aging in stainless steel and further 6 months in bottle, it develops an elegant, delicate and fruity bouquet with notes of citrus, kiwi, apple and exotic fruits. The sip is sapid and mineral, lightly salty, with enveloping and balanced sensations. Mario Schiopetto is an excellent white wine and we recommend it with pasta or main courses made up of fish or white meat.
