The Barolo Cannubi by Marchesi di Barolo is an elegant and fine wine, produced with Nebbiolo grapes harvested by hand and grown within the historic Cannubi cru in Barolo. The first fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, while the malolactic one takes place inside vitrified cement vats, specially made with cork insulation.
