The Rosato Rosy by Pio Cesare is a rosé wine with good body and structure, mainly produced with Nebbiolo grapes and a small part of Syrah grapes. It is dedicated to the nephew of the founder of the cellar. After a careful selection in the vineyard, the grapes are initially vinified in steel and the fermentation ends in not new French wooden barriques. An aging in barriques for about one month follows. Endowed with a beautiful amber color, in the nose it expresses a fresh and floral, slightly spicy bouquet. When tasted, the sensations perceived on the nose are rediscovered, accompanied by a long and savory finish. Produced in modest quantities, the Rosato Rosy by Pio Cesare is perfect to drink fresh in combination with white meats, vegetable appetizers and fish first courses.
