Description

Lonsblau by Jermann is an elegant and full-bodied Pinot Noir whose name derives from "Lons", the name that Silvio Jermann gave to the vineyard where the grapes are grown and from "Blau", both for the color of the blue violets and for the Blauburgunder grape variety. When tasted, it is striking for its balance and harmony, for its precise tannic texture and for its persistence. Equipped with a pleasant sapidity and finesse, the Pinot Noir Lonsblau by Jermann is perfect to drink in combination with lasagna with meat sauce, lamb and medium-aged cheeses.
