Description

Vinnae by Jermann is an elegant white wine made mainly with Ribolla Gialla grapes, in addition to  small amounts of Tocai Friulano and Riesling Renano grapes. Since May 1984 Jermann family decided to call this wine Vinnae, to recall the birth of their second son and the 100th anniversary of the vineyards and estate. One more detail: on the label you can see a double eagle, representing the Austian-Hungarian origin of Jerman family. In the glass it is straw yellow with bright shades. The bouquet is floral, fruity and fragrant with mineral hints. The sip is sapid, vertical, balanced thanks to the partial ageing in Slavonia oak barrels. The aftertaste is dry and persistent. Ribolla Gialla Vinnae by Jermann could be served fresh as aperitif and it is recommended with cold seafood starters, vegetarian main courses and fish.
