Description

Riesling Afix by Jermann is a great wine produced with the Renane Riesling grapes. It is dedictaed to Aloyz Felix, son of Silvio Jermann. It has a bright straw yellow colour with light green nuances. This wine is rich in mineral, vegetal and fruity notes, besides an intense and persistent bouquet. Its fresh and balanced taste make it persistent and pleasantly sour. This Riesling is perfect in combination with vegetables, shellfish, fish starters, grilled fish. The use of steel and wood make it able to maintain the right intensity during the ageing procedure.
