The Derthona Colli Tortonesi is the latest project by Tenuta Garetto, a winery in Agliano Terme which was acquired by the Poderi Gianni Gagliardo company in 2017. It is produced with 100% Timorasso grapes grown in the estate's vineyards in the municipality of Montemarzino and handpicked. In the glass it shows a beautiful bright straw yellow colour. In the nose, the bouquet is incisive, floral and fruity, characterized by notes of hawthorn, white peach and gooseberry. On the palate it is very fresh and extremely pleasant, characterized by a good aroma, depth and mineral finish. The Derthona by Tenuta Garetto is a lean wine, perfect to drink in combination with vegetable-based first courses, white meats, fish and cheese main courses.
