The Barolo by Paolo Scavino is a harmonious and complex red wine, made with Nebbiolo grapes coming from the best plots of seven crus. During the ageing period the wine rests rests for 10 months in barrique and for another 12 months in large casks of different capacities. At the sight has a great ruby red colour. The nose it expresses complex and stratified sensations, where the ripe red fruit alternates with more spicy sensations and aromas of the undergrowth. The taste is very structured, powerful, characterized by a sip with a pleasant freshness, which flows to the palate with harmony. With soft tannins and a long and persistent finish, the Barolo of Paolo Scavino is perfect to drink in combination with red meats and aged cheeses.
