The Langhe Sorriso by Paolo Scavino is a white wine with a great personality. It is product with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier grapes. It has a straw yellow color and also an elegant floreal and fruity scent with white flowers, apple, yellow peach, melon and mineral notes. The taste is harmonious and complex, persistent and with a typical sapidity due to Langa soil. The Langhe Sorriso by Paolo Scavino must to be served cold, at 9/10° and it is a great aperitif; it combines perfectly with starter and first fish courses.
