The Barbera d'Alba "Il Ciotto" of Bovio winery is produced with grapes grown on the hills of La Morra. It shows at sight an intense ruby red color with violet reflections and at nose you can perceive a floral and fruity bouquet, with hints of plum and black cherries. In the mouth, it is fresh and sour, with a good structure. We recommend the combination with typical cured meats of Piedmont, pasta and rice and medium-aged cheeses.
