The Barbaresco by Pio Cesare is a refined red wine, that is produced with Nebbiolo grapes deriving from different vineyards situated within the Barbaresco area, in Treiso and San Rocco Seno d'Elvio districts. To our sight this Barbaresco wine presents a ruby red colour, with some garnet-colored nuances. Its bouquet is various and fruited with smells of red fruit’s jam, violet, spices and vanilla. The taste is a rich and charming one and these characteristics give to this wine nobility and great structure. Yhe Barbaresco by Pio Cesare is perfect in combination with platters based on meat, as roasts and braised beef, game or platters based on the Alba truffle and seasoned cheeses.
