The Barbaresco by Giuseppe Cortese is an elegant and fine red wine, with a traditional style produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes coming from different vineyards grown in the prestigious Cru Rabaja. Fresh and mineral wine, it shows a beautiful garnet red color. On the nose the bouquet is wide and complex, with notes of ripe red fruit and jam, in addition to slightly spicy and toasted hints. Thanks to the long aging in large barrels, it is harmonious and balanced in the mouth, with a pleasantly fresh and persistent finish. The Barbaresco by Giuseppe Cortese is perfect to drink in combination with stuffed pasta with meat sauce, roasted or braised red meats and aged cheeses.
