Description

The Barolo Bussia Riserva Sette Anni by Pianpolvere Soprano is an excellent red wine that is produced only in the best years with selected Nebbiolo grapes from the historic vineyard in Monforte d'Alba. It is sought-after and appreciated by the greatest wine collector from all over the world. After a long aging first in wood, then in cement and finally in bottle, it shows a beautiful intense garnet red color. Elegant and refined wine, in the nose it reveals a large and intriguing bouquet, with floral notes of violet and dog rose and fruity notes of currant, ripe cherry and jam. Balsamic and spicy aromas follow, with notes of tobacco and undergrowth. With good body and structure, in the mouth it is rich and complete, robust, harmonious and elegant. Intriguing and complex wine, well balanced, the Barolo Bussia Riserva Sette Anni by Pianpolvere Soprano is perfect to drink with important red meat based courses, game or aged cheeses. It is a wine with an excellent aging potential.
