Nebbiolo d'Alba Mirinè by Paolo Manzone is produced with Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Municipality of Sinio, 400 meters above sea level. This is an excellent case of the meticulousness and scrupulousness adopted both in the vineyard and in the cellar. In the glass it shows a beautiful deep ruby red color. In the nose, the bouquet is wide and composite, with hints of wild berries and rose hips that alternate with herbaceous and balsamic notes. Thanks to the 12-month aging in oak tonneaux, the sip is elegant and complex, with important tannins, pleasantly persistent and well structured.
