Barbera d’Alba Superiore Fiorenza by Paolo Manzone is made with grapes from old vineyards located on the Sinio hills. After 12 months aging in French oak tonneaux, it shows a beautiful intense ruby red color. The nose develops a rich and fruity bouquet on which notes of small berries, blackberries and ripe cherries stand out. The taste is very pleasant and balanced; it is expression of good freshness and acidity. Rich and juicy wine, with light tannins and good persistence, Barbera d'Alba Superiore Fiorenza is recommended with traditional Piedmontese pasta courses, with mixed boiled meat and medium-aged cheeses.
