Barolo di Serralunga by Paolo Manzone is a wine with a great personality and structure, that is typical of Barolo wines of Serralunga d’Alba district. It is a wine style classic, which matures for 24 months both in large Slavonian oak barrels and in French oak tonneaux,; in the glass it shows a beautiful garnet red color with orange reflections. The nose reveals a large and complex bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruit and raisins on a slightly floral background. In the mouth, it is rich and mature, with important tannins, good freshness and persistence. Characterized by an excellent aging capacity, Barolo di Serralunga by Paolo Manzone is perfect to drink in combination with roasted or braised red meats, game and aged cheeses.
