The Roero Arneis “Vigne Sparse” of Giovanni Almondo is a white wine with a strong personality, obtained by Arneis grapes grown in different vineyards and put on the market after six months of aging in steel. It shows a brilliant straw yellow color, while in the nose it develops hints of exotic fruit like banana and pineapple, with mineral notes. In the mouth, it is fresh and balanced, savory with a light aftertaste of almonds and hazelnuts. It prefers delicate dishes, better if based on fish or vegetables.
