Description

This is a typical, elegant Barbaresco wine, produced with grapes deriving from the “Rabajà” territory, situated in the district of Barbaresco. The colour of this wine is dark red, with orange nuances, while the smell is really rich of complex perfumes of plum, cherry and blueberry, together with violet, wild rose, spices and licorice. The taste is rich and warm, but at the same time persistent: in fact it is perfect if served with platters based on red meat, as roasts or braised beef, game, excellent first courses and seasoned cheeses.

The birth of the company dates back to 1894 thanks to Domizio Cavazza, which was the headmaster of the Enological School of Alba and the owner of the Castle of Barbaresco and the adjoining farm.
