Langhe Nebbiolo by Malvirà winery is an excellent red wine made with Nebbiolo grapes harvested near Canale, in Trinità and Mombeltramo vineyards. In the glass, it reveals a bright ruby red colour. After aging in wood for 18-24 months and in bottle for 10 months, it develops a spicy, fruity and floral bouquet with notes of cherry, raspberry and tobacco. Fresh and tannic on the palate, with a good balance and a persistent aftertaste, this Nebbiolo is recommended with roasts or braised red meat, medium-aged cheese and cold cuts typical of Langhe and Roero tradition.
