Roero Valmaggiore Audinaggio by Cascina Cà Rossa is harvested in Vezza d'Alba municipality, in the heart of Roero territory. The name "Audinaggio" nickname refers to the small portion of vineyard where the grapes are grown, the same used to make this elegant red wine. In the glass it is ruby red with garnet shades. The nose is wide and fruity, with notes of jam, spices and ripe black fruits. The sip is full-bodied, with delicate and soft tannins. The after-taste is persistent and intense. We recommend it with risotto, lasagne, matured cheese and the typical Piedmont mixed fried main course. Ideal pairing of Roero Valmaggiore Audinaggio by Cascina Cà Rossa: red meat roasts and game.
