Description

Roero Valmaggiore Audinaggio by Cascina Cà Rossa is a complex and intense red wine, made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes harvested in Vezza d'Alba municipality, in the heart of Roero territory. The name derives from one of the Geographic namings of the Roero appellation. "Audinaggio" nickname refers to the small portion of vineyard where the grapes are grown. In the glass you are enchanted by its ruby red colour with bright garnet shades. The bouquet is ample, complex, with hints of jam, spices and ripe blackberries and blueberries fruits. The sip is full-bodied, intense, with delicate and soft tannins. The after-taste is persistent. We recommend it with risotto, lightly fried courses, cheese fondue and truffle. Ideal pairing: red meat roasts, game, matured cheese.
