Description

Roero Valmaggiore Audinaggio by Cascina Cà Rossa is harvested in Vezza d'Alba municipality, in the heart of Roero territory. The name derives from one of the Geographic namings of the Roero appellation. In the glass you are enchanted by its ruby red colour with garnet shades. The bouquet is ample, complex, with hints of jam, spices and ripe black fruits. The sip is full-bodied, intense, with delicate and soft tannins. The after-taste is persistent. We recommend it with risotto, lightly fried courses, cheese fondue and truffle. Ideal pairing: red meat roasts, game, matured cheese.
