Pinot Gris by Schiopetto is made up of grapes coming from different vineyards grown onto limescale stones. The vineyards are farmed following the integrated control of chemical products, to reduce the environmental impact. After the soft grapes pressing, the wine rests for 8 months in steel tanks and in bottle for further 5 months. In the glass, it is bright pale yellow. The bouquet is intense, with notes of apple, pear and delicate scents of aromatic herbs. The sip is structured, sapid and pleasantly fresh. Pinot Gris by Schiopetto is recommended with fish courses such as seafood risotto, shellfish linguine or grilled fish.
