All Nebbiolo grapes collected to produce Barbaresco come from different vineyards around Treiso munifipality and are then vinified together to obtain a peculiar and balanced wine, following the organic guidelines. The ageing is spent in oak barrels for 2 years and in bottle for further 6 months. The colour is dark red with orange shades. The bouquet is intense with scents of fruits and spices. The sip is full-bodied and the tannic sensation is clearly perceivable. Barbaresco docg by Ceretto can be paired with red meat courses, game, tasty recipes such as roasts or bollito.
