Description

Wonderful Franciacorta wine devoted to Anna Maria Clementi, founder of Cà del Bosco cave and mother of Maurizio Zanella. It distinguishes itself for its froth and its intense and brilliant pink colour, together with persistent little bubbles. The bouquet is various, refined and intense, and it is characterized by fresh and fruited scents of little mixed berries, violet, red fruit, yeasts and bread crust. Moreover, it is endowed with great freshness and structure, besides a balanced and persistent taste: Perfectly paired with refined salami, platters based on fish, fresh or medium seasoned cheeses, white and soft meat. Eventually, this wine is ideal for important occasions.
