- New
Historical wine of the cave produced in Castello di Nipozzano, situated near Florence. According to an old belief, Nipozzano means “without shaft” and it refers to these soils that today as in the past are poor of water, even if they are perfect for the vineyards cultivation. This wine presents a purple colour with vivacious nuances; the bouquet is fruity with hints of plum, currant and wood, spices, vanilla, green pepper and coffee. in the mouth it tastes dry, with good structure and persistence, pleasant freshness. It is perfect in combination with salami, typical cheese of this region called the "pecorino" and the traditional T-bone steak.
