The Sangiovese Saggio of the Ciù Ciù winery is obtained by Sangiovese grapes grown organically on the hills of Offida and it’s subjected to a refinement of six months in bottle. Of an unmistakable purple red colour, at nose it exudes an intense and fruity bouquet, with pleasant fragrances of wild berries, blackberries and ripe cherries. An elegant and precise taste, persistent, with elegant tannins and a long final full of minerality characterize this Sangiovese wine. It is perfect to drink in combination with cured meats, roasted or grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
