The Pecorino wine “Merlettaie” of the Ciù Ciù winery is made by white Pecorino grapes, processed using a completely biological method, and it’s aged for six months in oak barrels, before spending another three months in bottle. With a splendid straw yellow colour, it develops a fresh and floral bouquet, with intense aromas of primroses and chamomile with hints of vanilla. On the palate, it comes fresh and delicate with the same notes of flowers; endowed with good flavour and good persistence, you can serve this wine especially in combination with spring soups, white meats and seafood dishes.
