The white wine Evoè of Ciù Ciù winery, obtained with Passerina grapes, the noble vine variety of the Marche region, is produced with biological methods and it is ready to be marketed in the spring following the harvest. Equipped with a good balance, it strikes at first impact with its bright golden yellow color. Smells of lily of the valley and jasmine with citrus notes comes in the nose. In the mouth it’s fresh and savoury, with a long and persistent final. It’s perfect to drink fresh as an aperitif or in combination with first courses based on vegetables and second courses based on fish.
