The Grüner Veltliner of Domaine Wachau is a white wine with a strong minerality that is produced with grapes grown in the wine area of Wachau, one of the most important wine areas in Austria. The name Achleiten indicates the historic vineyard of the winery, characterized by terraces supported by dry stone walls of the twelfth century. It is included in the classification "Smaragd": they are natural wines with an alcohol content of not less than 11.3% that have not had chaptalization practices. With a beautiful straw yellow color with golden reflections, in the nose it develops a complex and intense bouquet, with mineral notes and pleasantly spicy. This wine has a good acidity, the mouth is very balanced and mineral. The Grüner Veltliner of Domaine Wachau winery is perfect to drink with fish courses, oriental courses and white meats.
