Riesling "Federspiel Terrassen" Domäne Wachau 2019

This is an elegant Riesling produced with grapes deriving from the area of Wachau, one of the most important territory of the whole Austria, that is included in the classification ‘Federspiel’: natural wines with an alcoholic proof not superior to 12° and without and add of sugar. The terraced vineyards, the particular climate and the soil’s composition make of this Riesling a great wine, with a medium body but well balanced. Its colour is a straw yellow one with many green reflexes and it is rich of minerals, vegetal and fruit, in addition to apricot and exotic fruit. The taste reveals a perfect structure and an aromatic quality, with a right acidity. It must be served cold to a temperature of 9° and it matches perfectly with fish starters, spring salads, white meats and soups
