Description

The Champagne Extra Brut of Jacquesson has the particularity not to indicate on the label the vintage but the number of the Cuvée used, made blending different wines of the same vintage, coming from different vineyards, with some "vins de Réserve" of previous vintages. The Cuvée 744, which refers to the 2016 vintage, after an aging of 3 years on its lees shows a beautiful golden yellow color and fine and persistent perlage. The mouthfeel is silky and sapid, with a fine effervescence and a long and persistent final. This Champagne is ideal for special occasions and it is perfect to drink in combination with fish courses.
