The Champagne Extra Brut of Remy Leroy is a very rich and intense cuvée, characterized by the predominance of Pinot Noir refined by a 30% of Chardonnay. The ripeness of the grapes at the time of harvesting and the low yields make the bunches of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier have a high concentration of anthocyanins (colouring molecules present on the skins of the grapes): this gives the wine a beautiful amber color completely natural. In every cuvée there is a part of vins de réserve, but in the label we find the basic vintage of the grapes that are predominantly. This champagne is very balanced, with a fine and persistent perlage; in the nose it expresses a wide and complex bouquet, rich in floral and fruity notes, in addition to pleasant hints of bread crust and yeast. Champagne with a full and round taste, with a good freshness and persistence, it is perfect to drink in combination with shellfish and fish.
