The wine shows an intense ruby red colour, with some dark red nuances, while the smell of it reveals an intense and fruited bouquet with red fruit hints, blackberries, blueberries, vanilla and nutmeg. The taste emanates complex and intense hints, balanced acidity. This wine can be drunk in combination with mixed boiled meat typical of Piedmont, grilled red meat and medium seasoned cheeses.
