The Chardonnay of Lis Neris winery is a balanced and aromatic white wine, made with grapes from young vineyards that are 10 years old on average. After vinification and aging in steel, the Chardonnay of Lis Neris shows a beautiful straw yellow color with green reflections, while in the nose it develops a floral and fruity bouquet, with hints of plum and yellow fruit. In the mouth it is fresh, soft, sapid and characterized by a persistent final from which you can perceive notes of fresh fruit. The Chardonnay of Lis Neris is perfect to drink in combination with first courses with seasonal vegetables or seafood, grilled fish or medium aged cheeses.
