The Pignolo of Dario Coos winery is a complex red wine, with a great personality, made with Pignolo grapes, that is an autochthonous vine of Triveneto known since medieval times. It has a very intense ruby red color, almost dark; in the nose it has dense and complex aromas, with hints of small dark berries fruits, ripe red fruit, bitter cocoa, tobacco, licorice and spices. In the mouth it is very intense and deep, with an important tannic texture and a very long and persistent finish, with spicy sensations. Thanks to its richness and its flavor depth, the Pignolo of Dario Coos is perfect to drink in combination with tasty and important courses, such as braised meats, roasted red meat or game.
